With plenty of warmth on its own and the ability to zip into military parkas, the Proper Gen III fleece jacket is ready for active duty use. Lightweight Polartec thermal Pro fleece retains heat, while nylon reinforcements add extra durability where its needed most. Raglan sleeves, internal pockets and external hand-warmer pockets give you a full range of motion and plenty of storage in a streamlined design. Sewn to military specification GL/pd-06-03.

• MILSPEC LAYER: Sewn to military specification GL/PD-06-03, the Propper Polartec Gen III fleece is the authentic design level III high loft fleece from the US Army's Gen III Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) program. Meets requirements of the US Army and Air Force uniform standards.
• POLARTEC THERMAL PRO: Made with high pile Polartec Thermal Pro 100% polyester fleece which is up to 30 times more durable than traditional fleece.
• NYLON REINFORCEMENTS: Added 100% Nylon reinforcement panels at the collar, shoulders and elbows for abrasion resistance against outdoor snags and hazards as well as to stand up to the rigors of loadbearing equipment, ruck sacks, and gear.
• DESIGNED TO MOVE: Stretch-grid fleece side panels add comfort, breathability, and significant stretch, while raglan sleeves allow for better range of shoulder motion.
• STAND ALONE OPTION: With internal chest pockets, hand warmer pockets on the front and a place for name, unit and rank, the Propper Polartec Gen III Fleece can be used as a standalone jacket in addition to its midlayer option.
